Tennant Lubell, LLC's offices are located in Newtonville, at the intersection of Walnut Street and Newtonville Avenue, one block from the commuter rail and bus stop. The firm occupies the 5th floor of a former church dating from the mid-1800's. The entrance is located under the green awning on Newtonville Avenue. Metered and non-metered parking is available next to our building and in the large municipal parking area across Walnut Street.
From Boston: Take the Mass. Turnpike to Exit 17, Newton/Watertown. Stay in the left lane and follow signs for Newton. Continue straight on Washington Street (Rt. 16 West) for one mile. Take a left onto Walnut Street, crossing over the Turnpike, and then an immediate, hard left onto Newtonville Avenue. The stone church on that corner is the firm's building, and the entrance is on Newtonville Avenue.
From locations north of Boston: Take I-95 South (Rt. 128 South) to Exit 21A, Waban/W. Newton, to Route 16 East. Proceed east on Route 16 for approximately 2.6 miles. Take a right onto Walnut Street, crossing the Turnpike, and then an immediate, hard left onto Newtonville Avenue. From locations south of Boston: Take 93 North toward Boston. Take the exit for the Mass. Turnpike and follow the Turnpike to Exit 17, Newton/Watertown.
